Founders
Albero Property Group stands as a leader in property development, driven by the unparalleled expertise and reputation of directors Peter Robson and Tristan Fusinato.
With four decades of combined experience across all facets of the development industry, we bring a depth of knowledge and insight that sets us apart. Our proven track record and trusted leadership provides clients with the confidence that every project is guided by seasoned professionals, ensuring exceptional outcomes and secure investments.
Tristan Fusinato
Tristan brings almost 30 years of experience in the property development industry, having held leadership roles at renowned industry organisations in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore and Malaysia. Tristan’s expertise spans acquisitions, design, feasibility analysis, sales and marketing, and management, making him a versatile and accomplished leader in the field. Tristan has developed several high-quality townhouse projects directly which has inspired his focus on this development sector as part of ALBERO.
He has successfully overseen the development of a range of residential, commercial, and hotel projects, including several large-scale developments in the Melbourne CBD.
Peter Robson
With over two decades of expertise, Peter’s skill set is comprehensive and exceptionally rare in the industry. He offers holistic development management capabilities, built on a foundation of diverse project and construction management experience. Prior to founding Albero Property Group Peter owned and successfully operated a Development and Project Management consultancy business with offices in Victoria and Sydney.
To every project, Pete brings a wealth of expertise, a proactive and dedicated approach, and strong working relationships with industry-leading professionals, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.
